completed my triathlon yest.. 75om swim 2okm bike 5km run. nt sure of my tymin tho..i juz chionged across the fnish line wifout lookin at the tymer..haha. anw the race was quite fun but super tirin.. i raced wif a cough n sore throat yest..n after i went hme after the race n slpt for 4hrs.i was dwn wif fever le =.= haha.i fever until gong diao..lol.like cnt realli focus on anything.. my mum said i uttered rubbish.lol.cldnt evn walk straight.haha.but anw wenta see doc this morn.fever seems to hv subsided (: lala~ but like permanently abit giddy after eatin the medicine..mayb i shd go n slp..haha. anw i realli wanna thank esther n kexin for gng dwn all the way to east coast to support us! :D realli veri touched..thanx gals ^^

went for triathlon clinic at east coast park today..wah trg dam tiring sia..did 8oom swim..quite easy today..didnt feel like 8oo lehs..den biked.i so long nv touch bike le..last tym i touched one was last nov durin class chalet =.= den today rode for abt 2okm ba..accordin to terrence..wah bike until my butt gonna split open alrdy..the seat dam hard..den ran 6km. =S zz den mr lee let us *me janice xlyn emily* try sum road bikes..i took a black de..IT RAWKED.seriously..DAT BIKE WAS TO DIE FOR MAN!gawd i didnt wanna cme off it..budden we had to go hme n the bike isnt mine n my butt was dam painful..so no choice..lol.but nw i noe y dat bike cost 2k le..ohgawd i so wanna hav it..cnt wait til my mum finally allows me to get my own race bike XD mm den mr lee qing3 us eat icecream den 4 of us took taxi to bedok to take mrt.den i was alone on the jec train..den i stand there read love hina read until i miss my stop =.= i ended up in cck..lol.when i gt off at cck the train on the other side came.den i walked out of the train n onto the opp de..den ppl stare at me..so malu-ating can =\ lol.okae la..i stil gt lifesavin trg tml morn at sentosa.hav a feeling my butt is gonna hurt la..zz.btr go slp le..super tired today..tata~*

today i wenta the nie pool..sum of us frm my competitive lifesaving grp, water sapiens, volunteered to help out at this swimming competition for disabled children held by sph..i was realli impressed n amazed by their ability to swim despite of their handicap..realli impressive.. sum had intellectual disorder..sum were hearing impaired..sum were physically disabled..but they stil swam pretty wel..today i realli witnessed wat is true strength..i witnessed wat is true courage..i witnessed wat is true determination..

yay.today was athletics outing day to sentosa! xD had lotsa fun there..x) the sun wasnt xactly hot but yea..we all gt red..lol.1st we played frisbee..den volleyball..den we went into the sea to play..lol.i wore my bkn for the 1st tym.haha.dam scared drp..rofl.janice wore wif me..haha.hers worse.lol.kaes..den after swimmin we tried to dry off..den sec1s went take chairlift?i think.lirui said juz take a chair n sit in ur lift -.- rofl.den go up called chairlift liao..rofl la..my didi is seriously full of rubbish.rofl x) den we went delifrance for lunch.ex..but for me it was dam filling.i ate egg sandwich..rofl.kae den we took beach tram to 711..den after dat we.. being our usual lame selves..namely me nge mich lirui aaron n darius..took the beach tram in loops.rofl.den halfway darius had to get off to shyt.rofl.den we cont loopin.evn took the tanjong tram.lol.yea it was fun n comfortable..hahaha.den when we finally decided to stop loopin..the trackers were here..they came after trg..mm den they played frisbee..me n nge jump ard on the boulders..talk talk.den we went into the water again.this tym like almost every1 went in..den i taught hendy how to swim!lol.after a 2hr crashcourse..he alrdy learnt hw to swim breaststroke..freestyle n backstroke..n oso hw to tread water..haha.he is a super fast learner..wif a super cool instructress..namely me..rofl jkjk..lol.i decided to collect 45bux frm him as fees..rofl.reasonable rite..lols.yea..den yq was a veri difficult one to teach..cos he owaes veri tense..haha.ohwel.den we went harbour frnt foodcourt to eat =.= wanted subway tho.sob..lol.den saw sum funny stuf today..hehehe..rite nge..lol x)

i wanna blog abt my torturous ws trg at sentosa this morn..started wif sprint..emily is totally mad..nid sprint like 2o x 5om on sand..but seriously i think dat was more than 5om lor..haha.den we were all dam tired la..so we cut to 14 by ourselves..hehe xpp den 2person "relay"..2osets oso lor..but again we cut..hehe.den was 4person relay..supposed to b 5sets..cut to 4..lol xpp den it was beach flag drills..omg..1st we did the turnin one..lie flat on the grd..whistle blow we get up turn n lie flat..this one alrdy quite painful for the elbows knees n stomachs..2o tyms..den we had to lie flat..whistle.get up turn n run 3steps n dive..i repeat..DIVE.for 4otyms la.. wahlao..super painful la..everytym every1 dive..can here..soft 'ahh's here n there..mm..the dive part was horrible..my knees n elbows suffered alot..cos of the rough sand..my elbows n knees all rough..dam..=x den gt afew tyms my stomach landed on a high pile of sand..it was dam painful i froze for afew sec..dam painful..wahlao..think i suffered sum internal injuries..lol =x den had to swim... tide was dam high n waves were dam big today..our swim was cut short oso..hehe xpp yupp den went subway for lunch?at 4+?-.-haha.yea.trg started at 1o3o n ended at like 2+ 3+ lidat..dat late.. tiredd.. =x

rofl.mm anyway dat day..i dunnoe which day la..haha.the cross n track ppl went jec..den (i missed this part of the story) there was this handphone trade thingy..den dunnoe wat..they saw a guy eat a blu pill n use sum syringe thingy den throw on the floor..he is a drug addict ba..den suddenly he ran off wif peishi phone..dunnoe hw it gt into his hand oso..but yea..he ran off wif it.. den being runners..a whole bunch of them chased after him la.haha.den they chase chase chase.. chase until the coffeshop..s11 or sumthing..den emily took off her shoes n throw at the thief..rofl. dam funny.lol.den both miss but a sock landed on his shoulder..lol.muz hv looked dam funny runnin wif a sock on his shoulder..rofl.den weekiat..ran the other way..n tyco-ly "met up" wif the thief ard a corner..den he stuck his leg up..den the thief trip over it..rofl..like so drama lidat..lol.den hendy n weekiat pounced onto the thief..he fell to the ground..haha.den emily took a rubbish bin..put onto the guy..den sat on it?lol.this is wat i heard frm them..lol.wel done emily! xD n they called the police..den b4 the police arrived..think fann go n say sumthing like "u can run..but so can we.." *tugs at her shirt wif the rv athletics logo* "we r frm rv athletics" whoo! freakin cool man! xD n peishi scolded the thief..lol.so thx to them peishi gt her phone back n the thief/drug addict was handed over to the police..cool!u guys rawk!

wahaha..today my 1st tym completin TNT (The Northern Trail)!rofl.everytym we run TNT..i hv to turn back after abt 15 to 2o mins..its either i fall dwn..or sprain ankle..or knee pain..or back pain..the furthest i hv eva gone b4 today is to the boulder..lol..pathetic rite..when mr lee was xplainin to us where to turn n stuf..i was completely lost..lol.no idea wat he talkin abt..wat water on the right..wat bridge..wat concrete path..i was all o.O huh.lol.evn mrteo congratulated me when i finished.rofl.haha joysik!i completed it! xD rofl

the run was long..like 1o km?abt there ba..ran reverse direction..btr for me i guess.haha.we started into boys' route..at the fitness station turn right..nex part was horrible.likea mt k.. after dat..ermms.was the beautiful place izzit?nt sure.haha.budden gt this place..gt water on both side n we ran on a small path in the mid -.- haha.veri nice.den run at edge of golf course..den wat ah..ermms..den reach a grassy area?aiyo i cnt realli rmb le..using my agaration skills..haha.den i think gt this bridge-like walkway..yupp.quite nice.den umm..into a forested area?mm..ran past a tower wif spirallin stairs.there gt like 3diff paths?den gt ALOT of stones n stuf juttin out of the grd..veri diff to run la..my ankle kpt twistin here n there -.- gt slight sprain on my left ankle..dots.den came to ranger station?we went toilet drink water etc.den continue..go past power station..den reach the sicc golf course alrdy..whee.i saw the boulder..haha.den ran/walked all the way back..my back was killin me by the tym we reach the ranger station..but cnt turn back cos its was alrdy past the midpoint.lol.yea..n today i ran wif a bandage on my wrist..haha.after dat we wnt kingalbert'spark (: lalas.gonna maple nw..cheers~

today is mich's birthday!happee birthdaee mich!u r finally 15..lol.but six n des r gonna turn 16 veri soon..rofl. *ah-bish-ka* lol. mm today went ws beach trg..at sentosa..did surfin..on the lifesavin surfboards..n DUG HOLES -.- cos there were onli 4surfboards..den while 4 r doing surfboards the rest muz stay at the shore there..kneel on the super hard n pokey sand..n do the motion of the surfin..den we do for quite long..so we end up diggin holes -.- lol. den gt afew ntu lifesavers come join us..had afew frenly surfboard matches.supposed to b hu lose hu do pushups.. ws won..budden emily wan us the do pushups oso..so end up win muz do..lose oso muz do..lol.after dat we did beach flags.my 1st tym tryin beach flag..quite fun..but i gt injured..the objective of beach flag is to get a flag.. which is actually a short piece of hose..those green colour wash floor kind..lol..the flags wil b stuck into the sand in a straight line..competitors wil lie on their fronts.. nt facin the flags..when the whistle is blown all wil quickly get up..turn ard..n race for a flag..its a veri competitive event..sumtyms things wil get rough cos the number of beach flags is less than dat of competitors.. those hu dun get a flag at the end of each round wil b kiked out..so i tried it today wif ws teammates..den gt once xiaoying n i were going for the same flag..xiaoying is a dam pro runner + swimmer + lifesaver..her name's christine boo xiaoying..haha..den we ended up colliding into each other n we fell onto the sand..think our impact too big..den my wrist injured..haha.after dat ate subway!whee xD tired.. my wrist is on a bandage nw..veri painful..=X i cnt evn tie my hair..my mum had to do it for me T.T n yes..emily (my ws coach) bought the ws gals a set of bikinis each frm thailand -.- omg la..lol

mm..today is..a saturday..yes..this mornin had trg at turf city..it was bad..cos my back was hurtin like hell..but i learnt sumthing frm today's trg..nv run on the right side of the dum path of the race route!pls remind me nt to if i do so..haha.after dat went jec..again..haha..played arcade..i played ddr..lol.my left leg onli step on the left thingy while my right leg was super busy..lol.had to step on the other 3 thingys.lol.mm we all had alot of fun la.. haha.

okies..saw sum ppl's bloggies..felt super tempted to blog oso..rofl..esp recently..when there is so much stuf to blog abt..so yea..here i am..bloggin once again XD

went to perth frm 24nov to o3dec..yupps..had a great tym there..XD mm..there were onli 8 sec3s..4gals:mich ngehwee des n me..4guys: yongqiang jared yipchoon n weekiat..this trip brought the 8 of us alot closer x) when we went to busselton where we stayed at camp geographe..there were TONS of mosquitoes..i gt 12 mosquito bites on each of my foot..=X den we went to orchard glory farm resort..its heaven compared to the busselton campsite..lol.but there were ALOT of flies there..after this trip..i m nv gonna complain abt s'pore's hseflies...rofl. oso..during the trip..we all gt to noe the sec1 juniors btr..so nw the team is so much closer than b4..i like it x) ohya..desmy fell in the bathtub of commodore hotel rm3o4..n she fell on our 1st nite there..haha.i was rooming wif her..she scared me like shyt when she came out of the bathrm wif blood oozin out frm her cut below her left eyebrow..n she gt 7stitches..mayb she has sum super healing power or sumthing..cos she heal dam fast..by the nite of o2dec she was alrdy almost fully healed.. tc des! x)

kaes..today we held the seniors farewel in the sch hall..it was more or less a success x) the plannin of the farewel was kinda lastmin..we onli knew abt the date of the farewel on tues..yes..this same wk..so veri rush..but we realli put in alot of effort in terms of performances n presents..seniors..hope u like it XD but i feel veri sad dat our seniors r actually leaving us..juz as the team was gettin so close n we were onli startin to mix ard..haiz.hope the seniors wil come back n visit us frm tym to tym x) or evn btr..come back n train wif us XD lol..nw we sec3s r the oldest..abit saddenin..haha..anyways after the farewel me mich nge des six n shir went jec..jec has changed..the kopitiam opened today n it was kinda crowded at jec..feels weird tho..den we had a great tym chattin n gossipin.. lol XD n mich juz ate her 1st eva icekachang at jec kopitiam today..lol.n she cnt shoot ice wif a straw..rofl xPpP
