today i wenta the nie pool..sum of us frm my competitive lifesaving grp, water sapiens, volunteered to help out at this swimming competition for disabled children held by sph..i was realli impressed n amazed by their ability to swim despite of their handicap..realli impressive.. sum had intellectual disorder..sum were hearing impaired..sum were physically disabled..but they stil swam pretty wel..today i realli witnessed wat is true strength..i witnessed wat is true courage..i witnessed wat is true determination..

today was sch cross country..im actually feeling sad cos this is our last cross country here in rv.. haiz.hmm.talkin abt cross country..i find dat its quite amusing hw ppl cn change over a kinda short period of 3yrs..in sec1..we were worried dat we wun get into the team for xcountry sch nats in sec2..in sec2..we were all dyin to b on the team..in sec3..we were afraid dat we wld b kicked out of the team..but in sec4..we actually dowan to b on the team..lol.nw dat the main xc team for bgals is kinda cnfirmed..im veri relieved to say dat im nt on the team..lol.den nge hu is in the team..is like wantin me to get onto the team cos she doesnt wanna b on the team..lol.den yest we were 'arguing' infront of mr lee.cos nge had a pain in her legs n i kpt askin her to b careful..dun fall dwn etc.lol.den i evn ask her to tel me if she wanna fall dwn..den i wil fall wif her..so i dun hafta b on the team..lols.anw mrlee was oso veri amused by our little 'argument'..lol.ya anw today's sch xcountry i came in 9th..lol.juz nice bhind the team..im safe! whoo~ xD
